Our Winter 2026 self-catered weekly rates and current availability are available upon request — simply email us at sam@corner4.co.uk with your preferred dates, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.

💶 But as a rough guide:
Low Season: from 350€ per night for the property
Mid Season: 450€ per night for the property
High Season (Christmas, New Year and February Half Term): 850€ per night for the property
It’s important to know we can ONLY accommodate 10 guests in total.
Check-in: from 16h on the day of arrival
Check-out: by 10h am on the day of departure
When booking directly with us, a deposit of €150 per person is required within 5 days to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before travel.
All payments are made in Euros (€) to the bank account details provided upon confirmation.

Our Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
• A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit.
• The remaining balance is due EIGHT (8) weeks before arrival.
• The person making the booking (“Lead Guest”) must be at least 21 and is responsible for the
actions of all guests in the party.
• The chalet is rented for holiday purposes only and may not be sublet or used for parties,
commercial activities, or events.
2. Security/Damage Deposit
• A refundable security deposit of 150€ is required when paying your reservation deposit.
• This deposit covers any damage, loss of any property items, excessive cleaning, or breach of
these terms.
• The deposit will be returned after check-out, less any deductions, with an itemized statement if
applicable.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Guest Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the
remaining balance amount. All deposits paid to secure the reservation are non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• Owner cancellations: In the unlikely event we must cancel, we will provide a full refund or assist in
finding similar accommodation, with no further liability.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road
closures, lift system shutdowns, pandemics). Guests should obtain travel insurance to cover such
events.
4. Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: from 16h on arrival day
• Check-out: 10h on departure day
• Early arrivals or late departures are by prior agreement only.
• Guests must leave the chalet in a tidy condition: Ensure dishes are washed, rubbish removed,
fridge and freezer empty, bedlinens and towels removed from the bedrooms and placed under the
staircase.
5. Use of the Chalet
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests (8 adults/2children in Bunk Beds)
Exceeding this number without consent will incur a cost of 150€/person per night but in some
circumstances may result in termination of stay without refund. Unauthorised guests/additions during
the stay is not permitted and they will be asked to find alternative accommodation.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors / permitted only in designated outdoor areas
• Pets are not allowed
• Ski equipment must be stored in the designated ski/boot area. Equipment is not to be kept
inside bedrooms or living areas.
• Guests must follow all posted safety instructions regarding log-burner, jacuzzi, and heating
systems.
6. Utilities & Winter Conditions
• Heating, water, and electricity are included in the rental price unless otherwise stated.
• Guests are responsible for using heating and fireplaces responsibly and for ensuring windows and
doors are closed when heating is on.
• Icy paths and snow conditions are common in alpine regions. Guests are responsible for their own
safety and should take caution when moving around the property and parking areas.
7. Liability & Insurance
• The Owner is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to guests’ personal property
unless due to our proven negligence.
• Guests accept responsibility for any injury or loss caused by misuse of the property, equipment, or
facilities.
• Guests are strongly advised to hold comprehensive travel insurance, including winter sports,
medical cover, cancellation, and personal liability.
8. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of France and any disputes shall be handled by the courts
of France
9. Acceptance
• Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the Lead Guest on
behalf of the entire party.

• We are a 6 minute drive from Central Morzine and so your own transport is recommended
• All bed linens and towels are provided
• The Lead Guest to advise on room configurations 7 days prior to arrival (King or Twins)
• No smoking indoors, pets are not permitted, no candles to be lit during your stay
• Log Burner is provided with logs, but please use responsibly
• Jacuzzi is available throughout the winter and summer season, with 17h-22h usage
