  • Up-to-date information on events, restaurants, and activities in Morzine and the Portes du Soleil

  • Luxury linens and towels, with rooms beautifully prepared on arrival

  • Ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms

To give you flexibility and freedom to tailor your stay, the following are NOT included in the self-catered package:

🍽️ Food & Drinks

  • Meals, snacks, and groceries (guests buy and cook their own)

  • Alcoholic and soft drinks

🎿 Ski Essentials

  • Lift passes

  • Ski or snowboard equipment hire

  • Ski clothing and accessories (helmets, goggles, gloves, etc.)

  • Ski lessons or guides (private or group)

🚗 Transport & Transfers

  • Flights or train travel to resort

  • Airport or station transfers to the chalet

  • Local transport (unless noted, e.g. shuttle to lifts)

  • Car hire or taxis

🧴 Household & Disposable Supplies

  • Extra cleaning products, bin bags, kitchen roll, and toilet paper (beyond starter supplies)

  • Laundry detergent

🧹 Services

  • Daily housekeeping or mid-week cleaning

  • Linen and towel changes during the stay

  • Concierge or childcare (unless arranged separately)
